Orders & Processing

How long will my order take to ship?

  • Custom Kriya Malas: 2–3 weeks

  • All other jewelry: 2–3 business days

  • Print‑on‑demand clothing: Production usually begins within a few hours and ships within 2–7 business days

Can I change or cancel my order?

For jewelry, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Print‑on‑demand clothing cannot be canceled once production begins, which typically happens within hours.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free U.S. shipping on all products.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping rates apply, and any customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Jewelry
What if my jewelry doesn’t fit?

If you need a size adjustment, you can send the piece back to us. You cover the return shipping, and we’ll adjust it and send it back to you at no cost.

Do you accept returns on jewelry?

Yes — within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item is unworn and in original condition.

Are your crystals natural?

Yes. Each crystal and pearl is naturally unique, so slight variations in color, shape, or pattern are normal.

 
 
Clothing & Print‑on‑Demand Items
Can I return or exchange clothing if the size is wrong?

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size or preference reasons. Please check the size chart before ordering.

What if my clothing arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

What if my package is lost?

We’ll work with our print partner to investigate. Once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement.
