• Payment is collected at checkout through secure platforms such as PayPal

• Once your order is placed and payment is complete, we begin preparing your items

For custom Kriya Malas, this includes a detailed creation process that takes time and attention.

 

Shipping

We ship within the U.S. and internationally where available.

• Custom Kriya Malas: Please allow 2–3 weeks for creation and shipment

• All other jewelry and products: Ship within 2–3 business days

• Print‑on‑demand clothing: Production usually begins within hours and ships within 2–7 business days

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information. We are not responsible for postal delays, customs processing times, or delivery issues caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our return and exchange guidelines are designed to be fair and easy to follow.

• Jewelry may be returned within 14 days if it is unworn and in original condition

• Custom or personalized jewelry is final sale, unless it arrives damaged

• Print‑on‑demand clothing is made to order and cannot be returned for size or preference reasons
