Ordering & Payment

When you place an order, you're supporting a small, handcrafted business.

All prices are in [USD], and payment is collected at checkout through secure platforms like PayPal. Once your payment is complete, we begin preparing your piece with love and care.📦

 

Shipping

We ship within the U.S. (and internationally where available). Shipping timelines depend on your location and what you’ve ordered — but we always do our best to get things to you quickly and safely. Once your order leaves our hands, we’ll send you tracking details. We ask for 2-3 weeks in custom Kriya mala shipment. The wait will surely be worth it!

 

Returns & Exchanges

If something’s not quite right, you have 14 days to request a return or exchange — as long as your item is unworn and in its original condition.

Custom pieces or personalized orders are final sale, unless something arrives damaged. In which case, take a photo right away and email us at orders@mukticreations.com.

The refund for T-shirts is handled by the print-on-demand platform we use, since we only create the designs, and they print and ship to you directly.

We trust you to return items with the same care we sent them.
