Refund Policy

We want you to feel comfortable and supported when you shop with us. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll do our best to help you find a solution.

Jewelry
Returns & Refunds

If your jewelry isn’t quite what you hoped for, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. To qualify, the item should be:

  • Worn and tried gently for up to 3 days.

  • In its original condition

  • Packaged securely for the return trip

Once we receive and review the item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.

Size Adjustments

If your piece needs a size adjustment:

  • You’re welcome to send it back to us

  • You cover the return shipping

  • We’ll make the adjustment and send it back to you at no cost

If the piece requires more extensive work, we’ll let you know before moving forward.


Devotional Clothing & Print‑on‑Demand Items

These items are made individually for each order, so the policies differ from our jewelry line.

What We Can’t Accept

Because each item is custom‑made, we’re not able to offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

Please take a moment to review the size chart before placing your order.

What We Can Help With

We will replace or refund items that arrive:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect
     

If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos

Once we confirm the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with our print partner to look into it. Once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement.

Returns

Because these items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they enter production, which usually happens within a few hours of purchase.

Customer Responsibility

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We’re unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
