Processing Times

Custom Kriya Malas

These pieces take time and care to create. We may have to order the specific beads that are needed for creating your Meditation Mala or Bracelet. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your mala to be made and prepared for shipment.

All Other Jewelry & Products

Most items ship within 2–3 business days.

Print‑on‑Demand Clothing 

These items are made to order. Production typically begins within a few hours of purchase and ships within 2–7 business days.

Shipping Rates​

• Free U.S. shipping on all products

• International shipping is available at standard carrier rates. Any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.​
   

Carriers & Tracking

We primarily ship through USPS for jewelry. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress.​

Print‑on‑demand items will ship directly from the vendor we use. They may use different carriers depending on your location.

International Orders

We ship worldwide where available. Please note:

• Delivery times vary by country

• Customs processing may cause delays

• Any duties or taxes are paid by the customer​
   

Address Accuracy

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We’re unable to replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed, we recommend checking the tracking information first. If it seems lost in transit:

• For jewelry orders, we’ll work with USPS to investigate

• For print‑on‑demand items, we’ll coordinate with our production partner

Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement.
